Don't Eat the Yellow Snow(or the foam dust)

A Big thanks to Chris Edwards of Seal-It-Up Colorado for his assistance in spray foaming the Trailer!

Here is the heart and soul of the closed cell spray foam operation, this machine heats each one of the A and B components to get the optimal reaction.

The components mix at the nozzle, it goes on thin and expands to fill every void, nook and cranny.  Its basically Polyurethane glue(Gorilla glue) and a hardener to make it expand and harden in a matter of seconds.

All foamed, shaved, sealed and ready for the new aluminum skin!

The foam adds to the structural integrity of the trailer, I am standing on the top of the trailer with very little flex of the roof.

  1. OK I am caught up on your great blog, very jealous, and getting ready to send the link to my son in law for inspiration.
