Well after seeing a few really cool fixed up vintage Canned Ham Trailers and some discussion we decided to purchase a vintage Trailer to fix up and haul around. What we found was a 1961 Shasta Astrodome, its considered a canned ham but not in the traditional sense since it has the sleeping loft. The Astrodome sleeps 6 as opposed to most Canned Ham's that sleep 2 adults and 2 kids in a hammock type set-up.

Hi, we just purchased a this model 1961 Shasta Astrodome and are now researching what to tow it with. We’ve settled on a used Lexus GX but the height of it will clearly clash with the top bunk. Have you been able to use an extender and an anti sway unit together? Thanks in advance!
